ชั้นเรียนนี้เป็นวิธีที่ดีในการสำรวจว่าโยคะเหมาะกับคุณหรือไม่ เปิดให้ทุกคนตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนถึงขั้นสูง 

Bookings are essential.

This is a new class at GMY.

We will need to have a minimum of 4 men to run the class.  

Please register your interest , once we have 4 people in each session I can run the session.
